Exhibitor Hall will be available to sponsors and vendors for move-in set-up. Exhibits must be set by 5pm as breakfast will be served in the hall starting at 7:30am the following morning. There will be an overnight security.

We will kick off the 2026 Fleet Summit with Matt Dyer, Merchants Fleet CEO & President and our Executive Leadership team. They’re looking forward to welcoming you and having an interactive Q&A to kick off a day where we will kick off a day of learning and collaboration!

After an exhilarating day at Merchant Fleet HQ, head back to the DoubleTree to freshen up for an exciting evening ahead! Shuttles will begin at 3:30pm and run every 15-20 mins from the upper circle.

5:30 pm – 8:00 pm – Hilton DoubleTree Downtown Manchester ballroom

It’s time to power up for our Fleet Summit Closing Gala: 80s Arcade Night! Grab your favorite 80s-inspired look and join us for drinks, eats, arcade games, dancing, and retro fun. Whether you’re channeling Madonna, Maverick, or a Pac-Man champion, this will be a night that’s totally tubular.
